Quality Assurance
Our experience has taught us that quality cannot be tested into a completed project. With that in mind we utilize our quality processes and dedicated QA Inspectors to ensure our projects maintain compliance with our quality procedures, those of our client, and the requirements defined by groups such as the ASME and BPE.
QUALITY PROGRAM
The Techniserv quality program has evolved continuously as the services we offer have changed and also, most importantly, as audits from our many customers have identified areas in which improvement may be valuable. As a matter of policy, we embrace these audit opportunities and their subsequent review. The quality audits allow us to continuously evaluate ourselves and improve the quality and effectiveness of our operation and our products. We employ a continuous improvement program utilizing the 5S system of workplace organization.
TEST PROTOCOL DEVELOPMENT
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) protocols are developed using our standardized test protocol templates for inspection and testing of critical performance parameters. These are available for our Client’s use in site testing. Test protocols have been developed in accordance with cGMP practices to support our Client’s Integrated Commissioning and Qualification (ICQ) programs.
Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational Qualification (OQ) test protocol development services are available through one of our validation services partners.
Turn-Over Package (TOP) documentation
Techniserv recognizes that the documentation for the process systems we manufacture is just as important as the equipment we provide. Our quality system and client Vendor Data Requirements (VDR) define the required documentation to be provided with the purchased components. This critical documentation can then fulfill the VDR requirements to support the equipment validation. The accurate and timely delivery of the Turn Over Package (TOP) is possible by utilizing of our standardized TOP documents. To streamline your system checkout and allow your validation team to execute the FAT efficiently, these documents are made available during the factory acceptance testing period. Additionally, the documentation provided can also lend itself to an Integrated Commissioning and Qualification (ICQ) process that the industry has moved toward in recent years. We continue to work with our clientele utilizing the ASTM E2500-13 standard for documentation practices.
